Modtone is currently working on producing a reverb. You would have known about this if you have read my last post on Modtone. They called it "Coliseum Reverb". I wonder why they choose to give it a Romanic name.
This is how it will look like. How it sounds like? Well, no idea. It is still 'coming soon'. Not yet available. =) However, once it is available, I am sure SV Guitars will bring them down.

my guess, the coliseum being a big and grand place, would produce a lot of natural reverb, thus resulting in the reverb matching something big and grand =D

Hahaha.. what you said makes sense. Nice way to put it up. hehehe. I guess it will take a few months before the launch of it.
we now appreciate the fact that no microphones were used back then but reverb did its job to reach out to the masses :-)
We still have such kinda places nowadays. An example would be RP's cultural centre. The reverb so strong that you can hear someone chewing a piece of chip. xD
